Today Maya announce their Winter 2021 tour of Mexico with support from Salvaje and Hollow at Night (presented by Seeds of Hate). The announcement comes following the release of their latest EP Despierta.
The band is going beyond sharing their distinct brand of hardcore by giving back to the communities that inspired it through charitable efforts for school supplies and resources for children in need throughout the tour:

Maya is awakening the hardcore scene with the drop of their monumental EP Despierta via Shark City Recordings.
 
Their unrelentingly aggressive single Sangrando‘ set the tone amongst five more tracks on the track list that the band describes as “heavy, fast, and to the point.” The lyrics match the heavy sound, discussing a wide array of topics including spirituality, political corruption, perseverance and sacrifice, and social injustice.
